Woodbridge – Rindall Housing Development

Visual Communication & Digital Assets for New Townhouse Community

Woodbridge, a respected developer of high-quality townhouse communities, engaged me to support the final rollout of their Rindall housing development in Port Coquitlam. With the majority of the build already underway, my role focused on delivering a complete suite of visual and graphic assets to support both sales efforts and user experience across print and digital platforms.

Floorplan Design

The most substantial part of the project involved designing a full set of custom floorplans for the various home types available within the Rindall development. These plans had to do more than simply show layout, they needed to communicate space, flow, and functionality to potential buyers in a way that felt clean, accessible, and on-brand. Each plan was developed with clarity in mind, balancing technical precision with visual simplicity to ensure buyers could quickly interpret room functions, garage access, and general spatial orientation. These designs were delivered in both
print-ready and web-optimized formats.

Community Map

To enhance buyer understanding of the Rindall location, I created a neighborhood map showcasing the surrounding community, including parks, schools, shops, public transportation, and green spaces. This map helped situate the development within its broader lifestyle context—an important sales tool for those unfamiliar with the area. Designed to be interactive online and easy to read in print, the map was styled to match Woodbridge’s minimal aesthetic while highlighting key amenities visually.

Another key element of the project was the creation of interior specification infographics, outlining the premium features offered in Rindall homes. I developed a set of graphics that visually break down what buyers can expect in their kitchens, bathrooms, and main living areas, highlighting finishes, appliance packages, and design details in a way that feels informative without being overwhelming. These assets were used both online and in marketing collateral to help convey the quality and value of each home.

All of these materials are now integrated into the official Rindall website, where they support both the digital experience and the sales team's efforts to connect with prospective homeowners.

Through thoughtful design and strategic layout choices, my work helped bring clarity, cohesion, and visual polish to the Rindall development’s marketing materials, ensuring the presentation matched the level of care and quality that defines a Woodbridge home.
